Returns

Eligibility:

  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Timeframe: 

  You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

  Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  - Items returned after the 7 days of return period

  - Items not in original condition or missing parts

Exchanges

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Standard Shipping:  

Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days. Standard shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Expedited Shipping:

 Expedited delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Additional fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping:

 We ship to selected countries. International delivery times may vary by destination but typically range from 15-30 business days. Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the shipping cost and may be charged upon receipt of your order.

 

Order Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. In this case, we will notify you via email of any significant delays.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package.

- Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Shipping Restrictions

- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

 

Shipping Delays

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

- For lost or stolen packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We will assist in filing a claim if needed.

 

International Shipping – Duties and Taxes

- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
